Power star Pawan Kalyan’s 2013 release Attarintiki Daaredhi is one of the biggest blockbusters in Tollywood and in the actor’s career too. The film is now being remade in Tamil rights for which have been acquired by top production house Lyca Productions. It is being speculated that actor-filmmaker Sundar C will helm the project while Simbu aka STR will be reprising Pawan Kalyan’s role in it. However, there is no official confirmation on it. While this is happening, there seems to be another interesting development about the film.
Reports reveal that pretty actress Megha Akash has been signed on for the film and will be seen alongside Simbu in the remake. However, it is not clear yet if she would be seen playing Samantha Akkineni’s role or Pranitha Subhash’s. Buzz is that Megha would be seen playing the main lead in the film. Megha Akash made her debut in Telugu with Nithiin starrer LIE and went on to act in films like Chal Mohana Ranga.
